It is often the case that our first contact with a client is when they have a specific problem. It is also true to say that often that the initial problem that we solve turns into a long relationship with the client. We solve the initial problem then we help the client avoid many problems in the future.
You will undertake five days initial training at head office in Ashby. We run this at your pace in order to familiarise yourself with all aspects of the business. The course is split into several modules each designed to teach you the basic fundamentals of your new business.
Then we will support you in the early days of your franchise ensuring you are maximising
on the benefits of the Breedon systems.
With full access to our intranet you will also be able to attend an ongoing programme of training, covering aspects of our broader range of services as well as useful business training. We are more than happy to provide you with information about the full launch and ongoing training programme.

Care Home Client
A care home contacted us for help with a manager who was under performing and who was objecting to the questions he was being asked relating to his performance. As a result, the business owner had lost faith in the manager, but was unsure about how to move things on.
With our help, a fair and compliant process was used to resolve the issues and clarify expectations in the role, resulting in the removal of the manager at no cost to the business.
We now work with the client on an ongoing basis and he has referred us to other care homes who we now also support.
