About Us
Nicki Robson, Breedon’s CEO, launched the business in 1999 through a love of learning and development and a desire to train managers of SMEs on how to manage people better.
Typically, the senior team of an SME will spend 18 hours per week on HR related tasks - that’s a lot of time and money. With over 5 million SME’s in the UK, including over 1 million micro businesses with less than 10 employees, it’s easy to see why the demand for good HR support would be high in this sector.
SMEs were struggling to access good HR support and still are. So Breedon’s offering provides a fully rounded HR service. Unlike many of our competitors this means that our clients have access to the same level of support as a large internal HR team, but as and when they need it. Today we support businesses of all sizes across a wide variety of sectors. When it comes to looking after people – we can cover it all.
Our team have a mountain of collective knowledge and we pride ourselves on our personal approach when it comes to issues around HR. We are knowledgeable, realistic, approachable, flexible and good fun to work with.
The Breedon team draw on experience accumulated since the business was launched in 1999, providing a down-to-earth, hassle-free service with a focus on the client’s end game.
